I was just fooling around with my little one over the Easter Weekend. I was just hoping i could get a shot of her actually standing still and looking at me! This was the best I got! LOL

I just love ph0tographing these two gorgeous gals…the littlest one is my God-daughter…but really I just consider them both my nieces. They are growing up way too fast! And every time I get to photograph them I am just blown away by how gorgeous they are! Love them!!

This week’s challenge is “Bokeh”. If you’re not sure what that means, Dictionary.com defines bokeh as: a Japanese term for the subjective aesthetic quality of out-of-focus areas of a photographic image. So basically it’s when the subject of the photo is sharp and the background is softly blurred. I love me some bokeh…and I decided to illustrate it with this pair of random tulips that are popping up in the middle of our backyard.
Please head over to the next photographer in the circle – Callie Anne Photography to see her interpretation of “bokeh”.

Here are some of my favourites from an Easter session I did with my little girl and my niece and nephew. Isabella just adores her big cousin Sammy!

This Mother’s Day mini session truly showcases the maternal bond. This gorgeous mom came with her beautiful 8-month-old daughter and her beautiful 20-year-old daughter who is expecting a baby of her own soon. Here is a little sneak peek from our session!

I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to watch my little clients grow! I had the wonderful opportunity of photographing these cuties last year…and it was so great to see them again. Aren’t they just incredibly photogenic? Love them!
